ZoneAlarm will give you a logfile with date, time, attackers IP-address, your IP-address, with attacked and attacking ports.
Find the provider of the attacker
You can find the provider here,
copy the IP-address and click "OK"
Now you can send an email to the attackers provider = "abuse@provider.xx" with an extract of the relevant lines form your Zonealarm logfile. Only one attacker to one email.

Anti-spam links
Spam is unvanted emails.
Notify the provider of the spamming IP. Cyberabuse.org
has a free WHOIS program for download, it supplies the abuse-address of the provider.
At this addres you will find spam programs for download, some are freeware some will cost you a bit. Go for freeware with most stars!
An other way to avoid spam is to youse a programme which reads only the headers before your actual email progemme starts. This way you can bounce the spam. A free programme for this is MailWasher.
